Hall Rentals

Our intimate hall is licensed for up to 80 people and is a great venue and location for hosting board meetings, birthdays, team parties and gatherings. There is a full kitchen attached to the hall. The Community Hall offers competitive rates for rentals; community members are eligible for discounted rental prices.

We also rent portable fire pits, and can make the rink available for use if scheduling and weather permits.

All rentals are required to provide:

A completed rental agreement/application
Third Party Liability Insurance of $2 million dollars, identifying ‘Lessard Community League’ as an insured party
The required rental fee and damage deposit

If your event is to include food or alcohol, all applicable permits must also be provided.

Please be advised, it can take up to 2 business days to reply to your inquiry.

No rental will be considered confirmed until payment has been received by the Hall Rental Coordinator and all required documentation provided.
