Hall Rentals
Our intimate hall is licensed for up to 80 people with tables and chairs or up to 100 for standing only events and is a great venue and location for hosting board meetings, birthdays, team parties and gatherings. There is a full kitchen attached to the hall but please note there is no food permit so the kitchen can only be used for reheating food and catering, not cooking food from scratch.
The Community Hall offers competitive rates for rentals; community members are eligible for discounted rental prices.

We reserved the right to determine if a rental is appropriate to the objectives of the league, our location and facility.
Check availability on the rental calendar.
Click "View details" for the hall and then you can view the calendar by day or week. Move ahead or back by click the arrows on the left side. Or click the calendar icon to jump to a specific date or month in the future. Please note that a rental may be declined even if the space was showing as available; there is the potential of an in-progress booking for that day that will not show up as blocked time on the calendar until all the details are finalized.Create a booking online. A minimum four days notice is required. If less than four days, please contact the hall rental coordinator to see if your request can be accommodated. Use your mouse to select the start time and drag and highlight to the end time. Ensure the start time is the time you need to enter the facility to start set up and the end time gives you time to clean up. Another booking could be made right before or after your booking. After you select your time the rental request form for the hall will pop up. There will be a rental cost estimate but is just that; an estimate. You will receive confirmation of the final price from the hall rental coordinator including any additional items selected with the rental. The hall has daily, and weekend rental rates that may be less than the hourly rate and provides discounted rates to community league members. The coordinator will provide the lower rate when determining the final price. If you are using a mobile device, changing to List view may work better for booking.
Request response. Once you complete the rental request form, you will receive an email "Booking Request created". This does not mean your booking has been accepted. Once your request has been reviewed, you will be sent an email with additional information including a rental agreement and an invoice for a hall rental booking deposit. Both will be required to confirm your booking as well as any additional requirements described in the email response.
Use of Parkland Space Parkland space around the hall may require a Parkland Access Permit when utilizing park space with more than 50 people in attendance. There are additional insurance requirements and permit applications can take 4 to 6 weeks to process.
Need a viewing? If you are only looking for a specific day, please check the availability before requesting a viewing. Email the hall rental coordinator with your availability for a viewing.
Need a multiday or multiroom booking? Email the hall rental coordinator as we can sometimes move or cancel a program or regular group to accommodate these requests.
Have questions? Review the information on this webpage. If your questions aren’t answered, email the hall rental coordinator.
